Thayers owner, Sharon Gammell, is an internationally trusted psychic, friendly hostess, ordained minister, and gourmet chef of many years. She has had 4 successful restaurants in the Twin Cities and over the years catered to groups as small as two people and as large as 1,500. This experienced woman is happy to share her unique talents, fine foods, wonderful staff and extraordinary surroundings. Her home is ideal for a small intimate wedding and reception.
Gammell cooks without recipes and has an eye and imagination for delightful twists that tempt even the most discerning palate. She can take the ordinary to the new and extraordinary. Preferring traditional to trendy, her food takes on a comfortable and familiar character, but do not be fooled, she is not traditional.
Gammell loves a challenge and her cooking is truly a gift from her heart to her guests; when special diets are required, one can be assured that your needs will be met with enthusiasm and be confident that your guests will experience unequaled cuisine, rich in flavor and presentation even when foods that are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, diabetic and Heart Healthy are needed. Special diets are not an issue for this amazing chef.
